RATNA EKA PUTRI

Ratna graduated from Bina Nusantara University, majoring in Business Law. Prior to joining T&P, she was an associate at a law firm in which she assisted clients on several business activities such as entertainment, retail, property, and digital advertising agency.

She has a comprehensive knowledge and experiences in General Corporate Law, Investment Law, Acquisition, Consumer Protection, and Manpower.

Ratna’s experiences include:

• Advising PT. Krakatau Bandar Samudera in several acquisition projects*

• Advising Hydropol Project and Management a.s. in several acquisition projects*

• Represented PT. Avemedia Gemilang in terms to dispute settlement process against PT. Cheil World Wide Indonesia.

• Advising PT. Miniso Lifestyle Trading Indonesia (Miniso) in restructuring the distribution process.

• Assisting PT. Exertainment Indonesia (Celebrity Fitness) regarding to renew the Company Regulation.

• Assisting PT. Exertainment Indonesia (Celebrity Fitness) in dispute arising with its consumer by providing a Contra Memory of Appeal.

• Assisting PT. Exertainment Indonesia (Celebrity Fitness) in every amendment of its article of association by providing Shareholders Resolution.

• Assisting PT. Exertainment Indonesia (Celebrity Fitness) to acquiring NIB and Business License through OSS, and reporting LKPM to BKPM periodically.

• Conducted Legal Due Diligence pertaining to the acquisition of PT. Palm Mas Dewata.

• Assisting PT. Mulia Boga Raya (Prochiz) as the seller in the acquisition project.
